These terms describe the On Point Solar Power Customer Messaging SMS/MMS program operated by On Point Solar Power LLC.
What you may receive
With your consent, messages may include project updates, site audits and installation scheduling, inspection appointments, performance notifications, billing updates, customer-service responses, and occasional promotional messages about On Point’s products, services, or upgrades. Promotional messages may include an offer for a free, no-obligation roof inspection.
Your choice to participate
You can choose to opt in by providing your mobile number and signing On Point’s optional paper SMS consent form with the AGREE box selected. Providing a phone number, purchasing a service, or appearing in our customer records alone does not enroll you in promotional texts.
Messages may be sent using automated technology. Consent to promotional texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Only provide a mobile number you are authorized to use and tell us if that number changes.
Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies. The number of messages depends on project activity, scheduling, your requests, and optional promotional communications. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your plan.
Stop messages or get help
STOP: Reply STOP to any program message to opt out. You may receive a final confirmation; you will not receive further program messages unless you opt in again.

Delivery
Message delivery depends on your wireless provider and network availability. Delivery and timing are not guaranteed. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Read our Privacy policy for how we handle customer communications and consent. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
